Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs processing for international shipments.

Shipping Carriers

Domestic U.S. orders are typically shipped through USPS.

International orders within our DHL Managed Markets regions are shipped through DHL eCommerce or DHL Express with duties and taxes collected at checkout when applicable.

For select countries outside our DHL Managed Markets coverage, orders may ship through USPS First-Class International or DHL eCommerce Parcel International Standard.

International Shipping

International orders shipped through DHL Managed Markets regions are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning applicable taxes and import duties are collected at checkout.

For select countries shipped outside our DHL Managed Markets regions, local customs fees, import taxes, or duties may be collected by the destination country upon delivery. Chordii is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
